Google Mobile-First index checklist
Making sure you’re ready for the Google's Mobile-first index change can be overwhelming. At Salmat we have been getting ready for a while so we know what to consider, when and how.

Google First Mobile Index

Have you heard, Google is changing to a mobile-first index algorithm.

What does that mean? It means it will be ranking your website pages primarily based on the mobile experience.

This isn’t new news, Google has been talking about this since September 2015 when Gary Illyes, Google Webmaster Trend Analyst spoke about it at SMX East.

Now nearing the end of 2016 we still don’t have a launch date, but it’s close as Illyes revealed in October the launch is mere months away.

Who knows when the change will happen but don’t be one of those companies (and there are many of them) that sits back and waits for all the dates and specifics before doing anything.

Here at Salmat, we’ve been getting ready for the change for some time and we want to share with you how we’re going about it so you’re ready, too.

Our Google guru’s have built a checklist to make sure they have consider everything and we’d like to share it with you.
