    Ian has over 25 years’ experience in digital and commerce. Ian specialises in online transformation, ecommerce build and channels. A Chartered Accountant by trade, Ian brings strong commercial skills as well as hands-on delivery and management experience. Ian has delivered change into significant organisations including: (1) P&L accountability for major online sales and marketing channels, (2) Leading the delivery for online implementations from $0.5M all the way up to > $25M, (3) Delivering digital self-service channels to millions of users, (4 )Driving significant incremental conversion over multiple years. Ian has worked in multiple industries across Telco, Manufacturing and Professional Services and brings a unique blend of all of these to today’s commerce landscape.

    "Stu is a passionate and seasoned digital marketer with over 15 years experience across a wide range of media, FMCG, retail, financial and government clients. Stu has been designed and built solutions for some of Australia’s best known TV shows such as Big Brother and Australian Idol, as well as for high profile brands like McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Coles, Woolworths, ANZ and the Bureau of Meteorology. Within Salmat Stu is responsible for leading our Customer Engagement businesses, specifically focussing on SMS marketing, Email marketing, Campaign management and Voice of the Customer solutions. These solutions help our clients analyse and optimise the way they communicate with their customers to help build loyalty through amazing customer experiences."

    Business Manager

    Melle has been with Salmat since 2010. In his current role, Melle is responsible to maximise business value from Salmat’s core products, including email and mobile. His product expertise combined with a strong focus on research and a healthy dose of creativity helps driving Salmat’s digital roadmap. Melle holds a Masters degree in Business Economics and a BA in New Media & Digital Culture and is passionate about all things digital. Being Dutch, he likes to cycle – he’s also a big Ajax fan (the football team, not the cleaning product)!
