Salmat understands the importance of providing a simple and transparent contracting process for its clients and has developed a suite of online documents setting out our terms and conditions applicable to each unique Salmat offering. As many of our services are complimentary to each other, we provide various contracting options, including an overarching Master Services Agreement, giving our clients the option to select the marketing solutions and channels best suited to their needs.
Our terms of service are comprised of our General Terms and the specific Product Terms relevant to the service offering/s. For example, if a client wanted Salmat to provide call centre services supported by an IVR speech solution then the terms of service would include our General Terms, Contact Centre Product Terms and Virtual Agent Product Terms.

Salmat understands the importance to its clients and to their customers of the discreet and confidential handling of their personal information.
