Salmat Remuneration	Salmat sets out to ensure that remuneration is appropriate and in line with the requirements of the role.	Salmat believes in a fair compensation package that is fair and in line with current best practice. Salmat pays for the person and the value they bring to the organisation rather than just the position.
Tenure Recognition	Milestones are at 5 yearly intervals starting at 5 years of service.	Recognition for tenure and service to the company is acknowledged.
Salary Sacrificing	Salary sacrificing is in place for all employees as an option where permissible under legislation	Employees have the opportunity to maximise the value of their contribution by salary sacrificing for superannuation and for purchases of Salmat shares.
Discounts and Special Offers	Salmat offers employees various specials and discounts through its assorted associations. These include, but are not limited to, discounts on; entertainment, laptops, flights, car rental, accommodation, appliances, gifts and kitchenware.	Employees and their friends & family are eligible for a large variety of discounts as soon as you commence employment at Salmat.
