Transpromo

Transactional Relationship Marketing™ (TRM) is Salmat's answer to TransPromo, and refers to personalised, targeted, direct marketing using existing transactional communications.

TRM uses the customer information found in transactional history information to present a relevant and compelling marketing proposition, unique to each customer.

TRM uses Salmat's automated data analytics tools to allow marketers to understand what a customer has done, or not done (their transactions); the most appropriate proposition for that customer (next best product); and how to best appeal to that customer (their segment and channel preference).

Business Colour is the operational way of presenting the insights gained through TRM.  Salmat's variable colour platform now enables essential mail documents to be customised to offer appropriate products and services specifically by customer type and transactional behaviour.

TRM also provides the opportunity to sell statement "real estate" to generate a new line of revenue, which can be used to offset the cost of TRM and Business Colour printing. This valuable space may be used for any type of marketing or advertising including third party products and services as well as targeted up selling and cross selling.
