Email document delivery is just one of the methods incorporated into Salmat's multi-channel delivery service, eFlow.
Salmat provides for the delivery of bills, statements, notices, statutory reports, dividend advices, and a host of other documents by secure email. Documents may be delivered directly to a customer's email inbox by digitally signed email. The eFlow service can accommodate high volumes at high speeds.
The eFlow email service full encryption. Messages may be delivered in plain text or dynamic personalised HTML. Documents may be included in the formatted message or delivered as attachments, or customers can be directed to a secure hosted web archive. Salmat supports many attachment formats, both human and machine-readable. These include PDF, HTML, XML and CSV. Salmat has extensive experience in ensuring the white-listing of client emails.
The eFlow email service provides sophisticated reporting tools that illustrate campaign results, click throughs or simply detail delivery statistics.
