Salmat operates a secure e-delivery service known as eFlow, which is capable of sending and receiving emails, faxes, SMS messages, and files, all within a managed environment. We process more than 100 million messages each year using this platform and serve more billers under the BPAY scheme than any other BPAY partner.
Salmat provides multi-channel document production and delivery services for a very wide range of clients throughout Australasia. We deal frequently with very large clients, often conglomerates, who have multiple bill or statement production systems using different hardware and software technologies. We therefore have extensive experience in moving clients from paper to multi-channel delivery and EBPP solutions across geographies, cultures and currencies, and in taking data from disparate systems to produce a uniform level of service across whole organisations.
These multi-channel document delivery services are integrated with our document printing services and inbound response management services to deliver quality control, reconciliation and reporting procedures across all document production and delivery, whether paper-based or electronic.
