Salmat's long-running and extremely stable BPAY View platform was introduced in 2002 and has run continuously in production since.
Our BPAY View platform is comprised of an Open Financial Exchange (OFX) parser/translator developed by Salmat specifically to support BPAY's current version of OFX. OFX is a financial transaction protocol developed by Intuit, Checkfree and Microsoft.
Electronic bills will be stored in an online repository within a high security area. This infrastructure has been developed with security facilities sufficient to satisfy the requirements of Australia's major banks. Optionally, bill images (paper and electronic) may be streamed to a separate online repository from which images may be served to your intranet. This can provide exact bill images to customer service staff to assist them in handling billing enquiries and complaints.
