SingleView provides 24/7 online access for more than 3,000 internal users and millions of internet customers to over 3 billion managed documents.
SingleView is built upon IBM's Content Manager OnDemand product set. OnDemand is a highly available and scalable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution that can store all enterprise data from invoices and statements to scanned documents, emails, reports, MS Office documents, voice recordings, video recordings, and any other desired content type.
By storing all customer communications, both inbound and outbound, within a centralised repository it is possible to access all related documentation with a single search, providing a true "single view of customer".
